My Eureka moment?

I was wondering what it would be like to start a hot air balloon (tourism) business in nigeria especially in abuja( the abuja rocks) and Calabar area (the obudu ranch).

Hmm and companies can advertise their name on the envelope(balloon) hmmm

Friday fitness

Alas...throughout the week i had body ache and having lectures from 9am-6pm doesn't help one bit. I was free on Wednesday so i did interval training for just 10minutes this will hopeful help me get used to it; according to cardio 101 "You should never space you're cardio fitness sessions out for more than 48 hours because your body start to loose the positive effects of the previous workout."

Thank God for the British weather!! rain fell today so no running!

Fitness Fridays

After reading london buki's i will be fit blog I decided to start my own training, i wont be doing any marathon,half marathon and all other race for that matter-not that i can anyway- this is just for me and my bored unfit self.

so i started my lil fitness thingy today.I was suppose to start at 6pm changed my mind to 7pm when it'll a bit darker and there will be less traffic and just before those old people start walking their dogs.

7pm i was still looking for my jogging bottoms;found it, them my phone(s) should i take it or not hmm should i just take one of them hmm i'll just drop them! "they can always call back" moreso i dont want any heavy shizzle disturbing me- this is serious stuff.

so 7.30 i just started walking thinking how funny this whole thing is, i mean-run? what for this is not football or basketball its not even table tennis. I remember when i use to train with a football club just before i started uni, i purposely arrive late so i dont do the whole jogging thing. its the most boring form of exercise in the world!

So after walking for 5minutes i started running, i knew exactly where i was going, never been there by foot but i know the place i dont really know how far it is but i just kept going until i got to the traffic lights-perfect excuse to stop i was feeling dizzy 10minutes non-stop

I just walked the remaining distance then turned back after another 5minutes i decided do one more maybe another 10minutes run, immediately i started i could feel some pains in my chest so i slowed down then stopped eventually, thought about my family- Abeg i will try again next week friday....
